Beautifully renovated and artfully designed, this Eagles Rest condominium offers a luxurious retreat while remaining utterly convenient.

The condo graciously welcomes guests with its open, light-filled layout topped by a peaked ceiling. The bright and airy gourmet kitchen features granite tile countertops, white clapboard cabinets and a double sink. A breakfast bar encourages culinary camaraderie with its four stools, while a dining table comfortably seats eight beneath a craftsman chandelier. A mudroom greets those who enter through the one-car garage.


The kitchen flows into a work area with a desk and printer, and then into the living room. The long living area begins with two leather sofas and an entertainment area (a TV/DVD player flanked by bookshelves). Photography decorates the walls. A second seating area finds four armchairs atop an area rug. Doors open onto a deck with valley views, a gas grill and dining table that seats four. A powder room with a sink and toilet rounds out the living area amenities.
The first floor also features a bedroom with a queen bed, yellow walls, a TV, armoire, chest of drawers and leather armchair. An ensuite bath and deck access make this bedroom a suite onto itself.


Upstairs houses two more bedrooms. The first, tucked into the eaves, offers a queen bed, plush bedding, mountain views and an armchair. The ensuite bath includes granite tile and a glass shower. The second bedroom boasts a queen bed, rustic armoire, a chest of drawers and a private deck overlooking the valley. The ensuite bathroom features a shower, toilet, granite sink and artful lamps.

Most Eagles Rest units come with access to the nearby Sundance Swim and Tennis Club. These condo sits within walking distance of the lifts, boutiques, bars and restaurants that make Teton Village a bustling place year-round. From authentic Thai food to hipster woolens and high-tech gear, the Village carries everything you crave on vacation.

Jackson Hole Resort Lodging were very helpful and efficient, and helped us to organise a day of snowmobiling at the last minute. The accommodation was great, apart from difficulty in regulating the temperature in the condo. It was convenient, and the housekeeping were efficient. We asked for a late checkout part way through the stay and this was offered but unfortunately not recorded. When we came back from skiing the last day, cleaners were there and the management person was quite abrupt in saying we had to get out right away. They had obviously not written down the late checkout request. The best thing was how spacious the rooms were, and the homey décor. We'd go back

A nicely-outfitted, not over-the-top unit for a small family group. We cook in a lot and found the kitchen very workable. A big dining table accommodates everyone easily. Small bathrooms, but nice bedrooms and you can't beat the rate - plus the location is terrific: right across from the pool and hot tub. Great spot, and perfect for us.

Policies

Deposit and Cancellation Policies:

Deposit Policy:

A 50% deposit is due upon booking. For value and regular seasons, the remaining balance is due 45 days prior to the day of arrival and will be automatically charged to the account on file. For winter holiday season and the Eclipse season (8/18/17-8/23/17) the remaining balance is due 90 days prior to the day of arrival and will be automatically charged to the account on file.

If you need to change credit cards after payment has been processed, we will accommodate you, however, a 4% charge will be applied.

Cancellation Policy:

For value and regular seasons, cancellation must be received at least 45 days prior to the day of arrival. For winter holiday season, cancellation must be received at least 90 days prior to the day of arrival. If a cancellation is received prior to the required date, the deposit will be refunded minus a one night cancellation fee. Any changes outside of 45 days will be charged a $100.00 change fee. If cancellation is not received prior to the required date, the total amount of all nights will be forfeited.


Other Policies:

  • Rates may be subject to change. Rates do not include sales tax or civic assessment.
  • A security deposit will be taken upon check-in.
  • No refund or credit will be given for late arrivals or early departures.
  • Please, all properties are non-smoking. There will be a minimum 1,000 dollar cleaning fee if a property is smoked in.
  • Sorry, no pets. There will be a minimum 1,000 dollar cleaning fee if you bring a pet into a property. Having a pet is cause for eviction without refund.
  • Jackson Hole Resort Lodging is not responsible for items lost.
  • Property you have rented may be listed for sale. We reserve the right to show the property with a 24 hour notice.
  • Please lock doors at all times.
  • We try hard to honor all of your special requests; JHRL cannot guarantee specific bedding or unit number.
  • Due to unforeseen circumstances it may become necessary to move you to a different unit than originally confirmed.
  • Many condominium units have only one parking space. Additional parking is available in satellite lots. (Fee applies during Ski Season). If you will have more than one vehicle please call us at 800-433-8613 to check the parking situation for your property prior to arrival.
  • No overnight trailers or recreation vehicles are allowed in any Teton Village parking area.

The registration office is open 8am-8pm Monday-Friday and 8am-6pm on Saturday and Sunday during peak summer and winter months. During off peak months the office is open from 8am-6pm Monday-Saturday and closed Sunday. If you arrive after office hours, please see the procedure for late arrivals below.

Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.

Procedure for Late Arrivals:

Should the office be closed upon your arrival simply pick up the courtesy phone located in the hallway between our office and the Teton Village Market and our answering service will assist you with securing keys to your accommodations. If you arrive after office hours, we ask that you please stop by the front desk the next day to complete the check-in process.
