The quintessential Rendezvous Mountain retreat, Moose Creek Townhome 12 envelopes guests in convenience and comfort. The townhome welcomes with its slate foyer and coat closet. Descend half a flight of stairs and find a washer/dryer, garage and one bedroom with a queen bed, flat screen TV and ensuite slate-tiled bathroom.

On the main floor, a cathedral ceiling soars above an open floor plan living area. The gourmet kitchen – outfitted with stainless steel appliances and dark granite countertops – fans into the dining and living areas. The adjacent dining table comfortably seats eight. A towering stone fireplace anchors the great room, furnished with leather seating and an entertainment armoire. Picture windows suffuse the space with natural light. Rustic hardwood floors tie the rooms together, as does the array of Western art and memorabilia. Glass doors open onto a patio with a gas grill and hot tub.

Also on the main floor: a bedroom with two lodgepole pine twin beds, TV/DVD player and a nearby bathroom with a tub and shower.

Perched on the top floor, the master bedroom features a cathedral ceiling, king sleigh bed and French doors opening unto a private deck with mountain views. The ensuite bath boasts a double marble vanity, glass shower/tub, walk-in closet and tall windows.
Moose Creek Townhomes come with complimentary access to the nearby Sundance Tennis and Swim Club, and sit a short stroll away from the boutiques, bars and restaurants that make Teton Village a bustling place to be year-round. Nestled at the base of Rendezvous Mountain on the southern end of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, these townhomes are steps away from the Moose Creek chairlift, making them truly ski-in, ski-out. A shuttle links guests with the rest of the resort base area (also within walking distance).

The condo was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. It was conveniently located to all the things we wanted to do in the Grand Tetons and Jackson Hole area.

We went to Jackson Hole for our nephew's wedding and there was 20 family members that went. None of us were sure of what to expect! I went on line at our nephew's suggestion looking at lodging for us. Three families stayed at Moose Creek and our town house was the best and most beautiful! It was beautifully decorated and the location was scenic! The town house was cleaner than any 5 star hotel that we have stayed at! Every amenity you can think of was there!(coffee pot, blender, hair dryer, washer & dryer etc..) The young adults made use of the hot tub! My husband and I loved sitting on the front deck early in the morning and just enjoying the beauty and peacefulness. The highlight of our stay (besides the wedding) was an unexpected outside guest that stayed in our backyard for 2 days. Marty the Moose! He was huge and beautiful and when we would talk to him, he would look and act like he understood us! We enjoyed the shopping, and going up to the ski slopes! If we would have know how much there was to do, and how beautiful Wyoming is, we would have stayed longer. All the young adults and children made their first horseback ride! They all loved it even though everyone was sore! We all hope to go back some day soon and our family would definitely try to stay in our favorite cabin 12! We would recommend the resort to anyone going to Jackson Hole! I wish I knew how to import our photos to add to this recommendation. Our daughter made a special book starting with our flight out of Boston. It is so good that several people thought it was book put out by the Wyoming Tourism!!

Policies

Deposit and Cancellation Policies:

Deposit Policy:

A 50% deposit is due upon booking. For value and regular seasons, the remaining balance is due 45 days prior to the day of arrival and will be automatically charged to the account on file. For winter holiday season and the Eclipse season (8/18/17-8/23/17) the remaining balance is due 90 days prior to the day of arrival and will be automatically charged to the account on file.

If you need to change credit cards after payment has been processed, we will accommodate you, however, a 4% charge will be applied.

Cancellation Policy:

For value and regular seasons, cancellation must be received at least 45 days prior to the day of arrival. For winter holiday season, cancellation must be received at least 90 days prior to the day of arrival. If a cancellation is received prior to the required date, the deposit will be refunded minus a one night cancellation fee. Any changes outside of 45 days will be charged a $100.00 change fee. If cancellation is not received prior to the required date, the total amount of all nights will be forfeited.


Other Policies:

  • Rates may be subject to change. Rates do not include sales tax or civic assessment.
  • A security deposit will be taken upon check-in.
  • No refund or credit will be given for late arrivals or early departures.
  • Please, all properties are non-smoking. There will be a minimum 1,000 dollar cleaning fee if a property is smoked in.
  • Sorry, no pets. There will be a minimum 1,000 dollar cleaning fee if you bring a pet into a property. Having a pet is cause for eviction without refund.
  • Jackson Hole Resort Lodging is not responsible for items lost.
  • Property you have rented may be listed for sale. We reserve the right to show the property with a 24 hour notice.
  • Please lock doors at all times.
  • We try hard to honor all of your special requests; JHRL cannot guarantee specific bedding or unit number.
  • Due to unforeseen circumstances it may become necessary to move you to a different unit than originally confirmed.
  • Many condominium units have only one parking space. Additional parking is available in satellite lots. (Fee applies during Ski Season). If you will have more than one vehicle please call us at 800-433-8613 to check the parking situation for your property prior to arrival.
  • No overnight trailers or recreation vehicles are allowed in any Teton Village parking area.

The registration office is open 8am-8pm Monday-Friday and 8am-6pm on Saturday and Sunday during peak summer and winter months. During off peak months the office is open from 8am-6pm Monday-Saturday and closed Sunday. If you arrive after office hours, please see the procedure for late arrivals below.

Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.

Procedure for Late Arrivals:

Should the office be closed upon your arrival simply pick up the courtesy phone located in the hallway between our office and the Teton Village Market and our answering service will assist you with securing keys to your accommodations. If you arrive after office hours, we ask that you please stop by the front desk the next day to complete the check-in process.
