Alpine art makes this two-bedroom condo a cozy reflection of its mountain setting. Upon arrival, guests are greeted by a three-panel painting of Signal Mountain. Coat hooks round out the friendly foyer.

The adjacent great room, flooded with light, centers around a river rock fireplace with its rustic mantel, flanked by oil paintings of beloved valley sites. Seating includes a pair of matching armchairs and a Southwestern sofa. The dining table seats six beneath a lantern chandelier. A private deck overlooks the valley. Wood cabinets line the kitchen and a washer dryer hides in the hallway closet.

The first bedroom features two twin beds with matching wooden headboards and woolen bedspreads. A dream catcher hangs on the wall. Additional amenities include a cabinet, side table and ensuite tile bathroom with a shower and tub.

The second bedroom offers a queen bed, similarly sheathed in a woolen wildlife bedspread. Big windows bring in light, and the ensuite bath features a tile tub and shower.

The Nez Perce complex lies within walking distance of the lifts, boutiques, bars and restaurants that make the Village a bustling place in all seasons. From authentic Thai food to hipster woolens and high-tech gear, the Village carries everything you crave on vacation.

We loved staying at this beautiful condominium in Teton Village. We enjoyed seeing open space from the balcony and dining room window, and everything was great. When the queen mattress was less than completely comfortable. the management company put a board underneath, which made it much better, and said the owners will replace the mattress and box springs. We really loved it!

The folks at Jackson Hole Resort Lodging were pleasant, knowledgable and helpful. The initial booking was straightforward and we easily compared various options. Once there, the folks were very responsive to our needs like supplying missing cooking utensils and made it very easy to book additional experiences like snow mobile rides. Our two bedroom condo was very comfortable and had everything it needed (including firewood). Early season skiing is always risky but Jackson Hole had what seemed like about the most snow in the west when we booked in late November. I don't feel like we paid too high a premium for deciding relatively late where to go. Although there was plenty to ski for 4 days, we were told that the big snow dumps come in January. Perhaps some other year we'll go later in the season and experience the entire ski area.

Our two room apartment was excellent - all the mod-cons,very comfortable furniture, spacious, excellent location, well managed properties, super view. Teton Village was in an excellent location to experience the vastness of the Teton mountain range. A lot of outdoor activities available as well as some excellent walking trails.

Policies

Deposit and Cancellation Policies:

Deposit Policy:

A 50% deposit is due upon booking. For value and regular seasons, the remaining balance is due 45 days prior to the day of arrival and will be automatically charged to the account on file. For winter holiday season and the Eclipse season (8/18/17-8/23/17) the remaining balance is due 90 days prior to the day of arrival and will be automatically charged to the account on file.

If you need to change credit cards after payment has been processed, we will accommodate you, however, a 4% charge will be applied.

Cancellation Policy:

For value and regular seasons, cancellation must be received at least 45 days prior to the day of arrival. For winter holiday season, cancellation must be received at least 90 days prior to the day of arrival. If a cancellation is received prior to the required date, the deposit will be refunded minus a one night cancellation fee. Any changes outside of 45 days will be charged a $100.00 change fee. If cancellation is not received prior to the required date, the total amount of all nights will be forfeited.


Other Policies:

  • Rates may be subject to change. Rates do not include sales tax or civic assessment.
  • A security deposit will be taken upon check-in.
  • No refund or credit will be given for late arrivals or early departures.
  • Please, all properties are non-smoking. There will be a minimum 1,000 dollar cleaning fee if a property is smoked in.
  • Sorry, no pets. There will be a minimum 1,000 dollar cleaning fee if you bring a pet into a property. Having a pet is cause for eviction without refund.
  • Jackson Hole Resort Lodging is not responsible for items lost.
  • Property you have rented may be listed for sale. We reserve the right to show the property with a 24 hour notice.
  • Please lock doors at all times.
  • We try hard to honor all of your special requests; JHRL cannot guarantee specific bedding or unit number.
  • Due to unforeseen circumstances it may become necessary to move you to a different unit than originally confirmed.
  • Many condominium units have only one parking space. Additional parking is available in satellite lots. (Fee applies during Ski Season). If you will have more than one vehicle please call us at 800-433-8613 to check the parking situation for your property prior to arrival.
  • No overnight trailers or recreation vehicles are allowed in any Teton Village parking area.

The registration office is open 8am-8pm Monday-Friday and 8am-6pm on Saturday and Sunday during peak summer and winter months. During off peak months the office is open from 8am-6pm Monday-Saturday and closed Sunday. If you arrive after office hours, please see the procedure for late arrivals below.

Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.

Procedure for Late Arrivals:

Should the office be closed upon your arrival simply pick up the courtesy phone located in the hallway between our office and the Teton Village Market and our answering service will assist you with securing keys to your accommodations. If you arrive after office hours, we ask that you please stop by the front desk the next day to complete the check-in process.
