Sagebrush 1324 is a 2nd floor, end unit superior condo located in the Aspens Racquet Club of Jackson Hole, only 5 miles from downtown Jackson Hole and the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. Sagebrush 1324 has 2 bedrooms plus loft and 2 full bathrooms. It sleeps 4-6 guests. A roll away bed can also be added for a small fee.

As you enter into Sagebrush 1324, the first bedroom is located directly on the left. There are two twin size beds that can be converted to a king, a night stand with reading lamp, alarm clock and closet for guest convenience and comfort.

The bathroom is located one door up on the left and features new countertops, tiling and washer & dryer. The toilet and shower area are separated from the laundry facilities and sink.

The newly remodeled kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your vacation! The new amenities include granite counter tops, hardwood floors, espresso maker, coffee grinder and updated appliances.

The living room offers cozy, western atmosphere for the family to congregate and features TV, DVD player, i pod dock, games, puzzles, DVDs, CDs, and fireplace for guests to use during cold winter evenings. There is a queen size sofa sleeper in living room for extra guests.

The dining room is next to the living room and has a table seating 6 guests. There is also a balcony area located adjacent to the dining area with table and seating for 4, a gas BBQ and peaceful view.

Upstairs is a loft with a wonderful seating area to relax, read and visit with a close family member or friend. The master bedroom is also located on this floor and offers a queen size bed, two side tables and reading lamps on each side. This room also features an Ipod dock, CD alarm clock, TV, closet and peaceful views. The bathroom on this floor is fully upgraded with new counter tops and tile.

Other amenities this condo has to offer are cable, wireless internet, telephone, wall hairdryers for each bathroom, humidifiers for each room, close to putting greens and tennis courts, and complimentary access to the Teton Sports Club. During the winter season a complimentary ski shuttle is available during ski hours. Public transportation (Start Bus) is available to the town of Jackson for a nominal fee.

This was a very nice condo in the aspen Village area that lies between Jackson and the Grand Teton National Park. The condo was quite comfortable and at one point during our stay, we shared it with another couple with two young children for three nights. It would be a bit crowded for 4 adults and 2 children for a longer stay, however it was good for the 3 nights. 
The best thing about this is its proximity to the park. You can get anywhere in the Grand Tetons in about an hour. 
Rent a convertible!

Policies for Sagebrush 1324

Deposit Policy:
A 50% deposit is due upon booking. For value and regular seasons, the remaining balance is due 45 days prior to the day of arrival. For winter holiday season, the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the day of arrival for condos and 90 days prior for homes.

If you need to change credit cards after payment has been processed we will accommodate you, however, a 4% charge will be applied.

Cancellation Policy:
For value and regular seasons, cancellation must be received at least 45 days prior to the day of arrival. For winter holiday season, cancellation must be received at least 60 days prior to the day of arrival for condos and 90 days prior for homes.  If a cancellation is received prior to the required date, the deposit will be refunded minus a one night cancellation fee with a minimum of $100.00. If cancellation is not received prior to the required date, the total amount of all nights will be forfeited.

Other Policies:

  • Property Management of Jackson Hole is an agent for independently owned properties. The nature of this relationship is that we cannot completely control the use of the accommodations we manage. Although problems rarely occur, we do reserve the right to change properties up to and including the day of arrival.

  • The guest is responsible for all of the nights reserved regardless of their actual arrival or departure date.

  • Rental properties may be listed for sale, and we reserve the right to show any unit with 24-hour notice. 

  • Authorized personnel may enter the premises if necessary for housekeeping or management of the property.

  • Tenant or tenant's guests are responsible for any property damaged and/or missing goods during the tenancy. If there is any property damaged and/or missing goods the credit card on file will cover the property damage and/or missing goods.

  • No pets are allowed on the premises. Tenant's breach of this provision shall result in the termination of tenant's occupancy and a minimum $200.00 fine.  

  • No smoking allowed on the premises. Tenant's breach of this provision shall result in the termination of tenant's occupancy and a minimum $200.00 fine.  

  • Tenant agrees to keep the premises as clean and safe as the conditions of the premises permit and hereby agrees to permit no unsafe or unsanitary conditions on the property. Tenant agrees not to use the premises for any activity or purpose that violates any criminal law or governmental regulation. Any breach of any duty contained in this paragraph shall be considered material, and shall result in the termination of tenant's tenancy without refunds.

  • There will be no refunds due to breakdown of appliances or other electronic equipment, or due to the loss of utilities. Please report any problems to Property Management of Jackson Hole and they will contact a repair seervice contractor immediately. Your patience is appreciated as our area has limited repair service contractors.

  • Property Management of Jackson Hole is not responsible for lost or stolen goods.

  • Rates and taxes are subject to change without notice.

  • If available, roll-away beds and king conversions can be provided upon request for a charge of $30.00 each. 

  • No long distance calls may be placed from the rental unit's phone.

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.
Property Management of Jackson Hole will diligently work to insure that all properties are clean and ready for occupancy by 4:00 P.M. However, it may be necessary to delay occupancy until the property is ready. There are no refunds for late occupancy. Please do not go to the property before checking in at Property Management of Jackson Hole.

Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
All properties must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on check-out day. Please return keys to the check-in office. 

If the check-out policy is abused, we reserve the right to remove all personal items from the premises and guests are subject to a late check-out fee of $50.00 per hour. If belongings are removed from the property, they will be moved to 1755 North Highway 89, Jackson, WY 83001. We are not responsible for lost or damaged goods.

Late check-outs must always be approved 24 hours prior to departure by Property Management of Jackson Hole. Late check-outs may not always be approved. If approved, the cost of a late check-out is $50.00 per hour and the maximum extension is 3 hours.

Procedure for Late Arrivals
If you are checking in after hours, your packet with directions and keys will be outside the building in a locked box. The combination to the locked box is 7777. Please sign the bottom of the rental agreement and leave it inside the box. Re-lock the box by closing the lock and reorganizing the numbers so that they do not reflect 7777. An emergency telephone number is provided on the box if you should need to reach our on-call manager.
