This unique home in Teton Village is a true ski in-ski out gem. It is located at the end of McCollister Drive on the edge of the national forest a short distance east of the Union Pass ski lift, and boasts spectacular views of the valley and ski mountain. Its

3,500 square feet have a cozy, cabin-like feel. The home’s front entry is accessed by a set of covered metal stairs, and the rear entry by a door off the back garage or the back door . There is a single car bay available in the back garage, access to which

requires 4 wheel drive. The front parking area can be accessed with a non-4 wheel drive vehicle. There is a ski rack on the front stairway, and the front entry has a heated drying closet for wet ski clothes and a wonderful bench on which to rest those weary

ski legs. A hallway leads into the open kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need plus an additional wet bar perfect for après’ skiing and to share the day’s stories. The dining room is surrounded by large windows with

views of mountain ski runs, and has beautiful hardwood floors. There is a very secluded feel to the hot tub on the covered deck that can be accessed from the dining room. The laundry room and pantry are located off the kitchen, adjacent to the entry from the

garage. There is a lower level spacious living room, adorned with large windows looking south, east, and west. This is a wonderful room for comfortable gatherings with family & friends. There is a large stone fireplace with a gas insert, a flat screen TV,

CD and DVD player, game table, and built-in window seats offering an area for those who want to curl up with a good book, or who want to gaze at the remarkable scenery. The four bedrooms are located upstairs. The king bedroom (with TV) is spacious and is open

with access to a deck and an adjacent hall entry bathroom. The two twin bedrooms are cozy and comfortable. The fourth bedroom (with TV) has two queen beds as well as access to the upper deck. The four guest rooms share two full upstairs bathrooms, and there

is a third bathroom downstairs adjacent to the kitchen. This vacation home will truly be a high point of your ski vacation, and will contribute many happy memories for you and your family.

Deposit Policy:
A 50% deposit is due upon booking. For value and regular seasons, the remaining balance is due 45 days prior to the day of arrival. For winter holiday season, the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the day of arrival.

If you need to change credit cards after payment has been processed we will accommodate you, however, a 4% charge will be applied.

Cancelation Policy:
For value and regular seasons, cancellation must be received at least 45 days prior to the day of arrival. For winter holiday season, cancellation must be received at least 60 days prior to the day of arrival.  If a cancellation is received prior to the required date, the deposit will be refunded minus a one night cancellation fee with a minimum of $100.00. If cancellation is not received prior to the required date, the total amount of all nights will be forfeited.

• Many condominium units have only one parking space.  Additional parking is available in satellite lots. (Fee applies during Ski Season). If you will have more than one vehicle please call us at 800-433-8613 to check the parking situation for your property prior to arrival.

• No overnight trailers or recreation vehicles are allowed in any Teton Village parking area.

The registration office is open 8am-10pm during peak summer and winter months. During off peak months the office is open from 9am-5pm. If you arrive after office hours, please see the procedure for late arrivals below.

Procedure for Late Arrivals
Should the office be closed upon your arrival simply pick up the courtesy phone located in the hallway between our office and the Teton Village Market and our answering service will assist you with securing keys to your accommodations. If you arrive after office hours, we ask that you please stop by the front desk the next day to complete the check-in process.
