With a livable layout and ample light, this Aspens condo couples relaxation and convenience in one. The home greats guests with its slate foyer outfitted with a coat closet. The first bedroom is a light-filled space with a bunk bed featuring 2 full size beds. A picture of frolicking polar bears overlooks the room. A detached bath with tiled floors and counters houses a shower/tub and a washer and dryer. A vaulted ceiling soars above the open layout encompassing the great room-anchored by a slate fireplace-and the kitchen with tile countertops and a beautiful red accent wall. Rustic couches tie the room together with red leather cushions topped woven designs. A dining table seats six which sits below an antler chandelier

A private deck beckons from its perch with the pine trees and gas grill. Upstairs, the master suite features a lodgepole pine queen bed, chest of drawers, complete with a TV, closets and ensuite bath with a tiled double vanity and matching shower/tub. This room is decorated with a majestic picture of a winter wolf, and a drawing of the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone.

Guests also have access to the facilities at Teton Sports Club, with an outdoor swimming pool in the summer and a year-round gym and hot tub. The Aspens sits a quick five miles south of Teton Village, and within walking distance of the Teton Pines Golf Course, as well as a gourmet market, well-stocked liquor store, two beloved restaurants (one Austrian, one Japanese), a bustling coffeehouse, a UPS store and a salon, among other conveniences.

Policies

Deposit and Cancellation Policies:

Deposit Policy:

A 50% deposit is due upon booking. For value and regular seasons, the remaining balance is due 45 days prior to the day of arrival and will be automatically charged to the account on file. For winter holiday season the remaining balance is due 90 days prior to the day of arrival and will be automatically charged to the account on file.

If you need to change credit cards after payment has been processed, we will accommodate you, however, a 4% charge will be applied.

Cancellation Policy:

For value and regular seasons, cancellation must be received at least 45 days prior to the day of arrival. For winter holiday season, cancellation must be received at least 90 days prior to the day of arrival. If a cancellation is received prior to the required date, the deposit will be refunded minus a one night cancellation fee. Any changes outside of 45 days will be charged a $100.00 change fee. If cancellation is not received prior to the required date, the total amount of all nights will be forfeited.


Other Policies:

Receipt of this confirmation constitutes a formal contract for your reservation. No refunds or credits will be issued for late arrival, early departure, unit type change or natural calamity. This information, though deemed accurate, is not guaranteed. It is subject to errors and omissions.

PROPERTY PROTECTION PROGRAM: This program coverage is required for all properties and group bookings. The cost is $39.00 per unit and includes coverage up to $3,000.00 in accidental damages. The coverage does not protect against any additional housekeeping charges or negligence, including but not limited to, cleaning due to a pet or smoking in the property. By taking occupancy of the rental property, you hereby authorize JHRL to charge your Credit Card for any and all damages not covered under the Property Protection Program coverage and excessive cleans caused by you or your guests to the rental property.
  
 Jackson Hole Resort Lodging is a property management company for independently owned properties. Because of this relationship, we cannot completely control dates of use and all properties are subject to owner availability. Although owners generally supply their winter stays dates by July 1st and summer stay dates by January 1st, in the event of a rare scheduling complication we do reserve the right to change properties up to and including the day of arrival.
 We try hard to honor all of your special requests; however JHRL cannot guarantee specific bedding, building, unit number, view or location. Due to unforeseen circumstances it may become necessary to move you to a different unit than originally confirmed. If you have a special request with regards to any of the above items, please make sure to let our reservations department know so that we may note it on your reservation. If it becomes necessary to move your reservation, we will move you to accommodations that are at least comparable to those originally booked. Your confirmation lists the unit you are assigned at the time of reservation and may change prior to your arrival.
 Many condominium units have only one parking space, additional parking is available in satellite lots. (Fees apply during Ski Season). If you will have more than one vehicle please call us at 800-443-8613 to check the parking situation for your property prior toarrival.
 No overnight trailers or recreational vehicles are allowed in any Teton Village or Aspens Condominium parking area.
 One complimentary housekeeping service is provided for stays 7 nights or more. Additional housekeeping service is available for a fee of $35 per hour per housekeeper and should be scheduled prior to arrival. Your accommodations are furnished with a courtesy supply of household necessities; including dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, travel size shampoo and conditioner, and bath soap. Please contact us for additional supplies during your stay.
 Please include your full name and your reservation number on all packages or faxes to be received during your stay. Charges apply for faxes, copies and package services.
 All properties are non-smoking. If you smoke in a property, there will be a minimum $1,000 cleaning fee
 Sorry, no pets. If you bring a pet into a property there will be a minimum of a $1,000 cleaning fee and
having a pet is cause for eviction without refund.
 Our accommodations do not have air conditioning. Fans for bedrooms may be available upon request.
 Jackson Hole Resort Lodging properties are not handicap accessible. Most properties require stairs for access. In addition, lofts within properties are accessible via steep stairs orladders.
 Location and extreme weather conditions in Wyoming prevent availability and functionality of amenities therefore, they cannot be guaranteed. There will be no refunds in the event of an appliance breakdown or loss of utilities. Please report any problems to JHRL and our maintenance team will notified.
 Construction season in Jackson Hole is short and JHRL is not always notified of renovations and maintenance. Therecouldbeconstructionnearyouraccommodations.
 Our vacation rentals may be listed for sale; we reserve the right to show accommodations with a 24-hour notice.
 Amenities often vary by property and if an amenity is not mentioned on a property description it is likely not available. If you have any questions about amenities for a specific property, please give us a call.
 Group gatherings and events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, family reunions, and other receptions cannot be held at our properties due to Teton County regulations and property covenants. Please call us for group information.
 Check-in time is 4:00pm. JHRL works very hard to insure all properties are available by 4:00pm; however, it may be necessary to delay occupancy beyond 4:00pm. There are no refunds for late occupancy. Do not enter a property before checking in at JHRL.
 Jackson Hole Resort Lodging is not responsible for lost or stolen items from your accommodation. Fees may incur for shipping and handling for lost and founditems.

Procedure for Late Arrivals:

Should the office be closed upon your arrival simply pick up the courtesy phone located in the hallway between our office and the Teton Village Market, Bodega, and our answering service will assist you with securing keys to your accommodations. If you arrive after office hours we ask that you please stop by the front desk the next day to complete the check-in process and pick up your parking pass.


DIRECTIONS TO TETON VILLAGE FRONT DESK

FROM THE AIRPORT AND DOWNTOWN
Depart Jackson Hole Airport to the right onto Hwy 191, 89, 26. Continue for eight miles into the town of Jackson. The highway becomes Cache Street; continue straight on Cache for 3 stoplights until you reach the Town Square. Make a right at the 3rd stoplight onto Broadway. Continue on Broadway and after the 4th stoplight get into the right lane and veer right onto Hwy 22 to Teton Village. Continue on US 22 for about 5 miles. After crossing the Snake River Bridge you will veer right again at the stoplight onto Hwy 390 continue for about 7 miles. Make a left turn off of Hwy 390 to reach TetonVillage.

FROM SOUTH OF TOWN
Arriving from the South on Hwy 89 via Hoback Junction continue into town on US 89. Make a left onto Highway 22, just across from the large Albertson’s Store. Continue on US 22 for about 5 miles, After crossing the Snake River Bridge you will veer right at the stoplight onto Hwy 390 for about 7 miles. Make a left turn off of Hwy 390 to reach Teton Village.

VIA VICTOR, ID (over Teton Pass)
From Victor ID take Hwy 22 over Teton Pass and through Wilson, WY to stoplight about 2 miles beyond Wilson. Take a left at the light onto Hwy 390. Continue onto Hwy 390 for about 7 miles. Make a left turn off of Hwy 390 to reach Teton Village.

DIRECTIONS TO CHECK-IN OFFICE FROM ENTRANCE TO TETON VILLAGE
Make a left turn at the first entrance to Teton Village off of Hwy 390. Follow the road along and make another left hand turn at the first intersection you see (McCollister Drive). Continue to drive until you get to the very next intersection and turn right. Follow the road around staying right until you notice on the right hand side of the road a red building housing our check-in office, which is adjacent to the gas station, Bodega. There is a large sign displayed outside of our office that says JACKSON HOLE RESORT LODGING in red lettering.
