The interior is nicely decorated with western contemporary furniture and artwork throughout every room. Last summer trip with the grand kids and this condo did not disappoint! Great location ...Close to Jackson Hole, Grand Teton and an hour from Yellowstone. Everything needed was provided!! Great stocked kitchen...plenty of towels... comfy beds..slept 6 of us easily. Such fun exploring our great country and sharing this welcoming condo after a hard day of playing!!!

We came out to Jackson Mar 9-16 this year, and had a blast. We have family in Jackson, but were skiing & snowboarding all week in Teton Village, so we wanted to split the difference in the two locations. I can't put enough emphasis on how perfect this location is for snowboarding and skiing the Tetons. The bus ride to and from Teton Village is only $1, and is only a 7 minute ride. You're the last ones on, first ones off every ride, which is super convenient. The condo is VERY close to the bus stop at The Aspens, which is about a 90 second walk. I drove into Jackson to drop our son off with family every day we skied, and it took right at 30 minutes round trip. Parking for the condo was right outside the steps, and the wildlife around was amazing! We saw multiple moose right outside the back porch. The check-in/check-out process was effortless, and the rental company even held my snowboard for me for a few days that I'd shipped out to WY before we came. Very nice people and a pleasure to deal with. rnrnThe inside of the condo was very clean and had everything we needed for the whole week. It had multiple fans, a sound machine for our toddler, and plenty of excess blankets. If you have a toddler, the bedroom upstairs has a closet that is the size of a mini bedroom, and is plenty big enough for a pack-n-play, all suitcases, everything. The ONLY negative thing that I would say is there needs to be more lighting added over the dining room table and in the living room. It's pretty dark in the morning and at night when you're eating, which shouldn't be the case. That's very very minor, and I'm sure it will get addressed soon. rnrnAll in all, the place was absolutely amazing. I plan on staying here again next year b/c there's no reason to look for anything else. Thanks to the owner and rental company for running a top notch vacation rental!!!

We had a nice time at the condo. It fits 6 very comfortably. The kitchen was well outfitted but only big enough for one person to move around. Nonetheless it was perfect for our family of 6.

Policies

Deposit and Cancellation Policies:

Deposit Policy:

A 50% deposit is due upon booking. The remaining balance is due 45 days prior to the day of arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. 

Cancellation Policy:

A booking may be cancelled with no penalty within 24 hours of being booked. Cleaning and Damage Protection Plan fees are always refunded if the reservation is canceled before check-in. Bookings cancelled at least 45 days prior to the day of arrival will receive a 100% refund. Bookings cancelled inside of 45 days prior to the day of arrival are non-refundable and the total amount of all nights are forfeited.

Agent reserves the right to cancel a booking for any reason within 24 hours of the booking being booked. After this 24 hour time period has passed, Agent reserves the right to cancel the booking only if the property becomes unavailable prior to occupancy due to events out of the Agent’s control, for example a flood or home disaster, or sale of the property. Agent will notify Guest of such unexpected circumstance as soon as the Agent has become aware of it. If Guest desires to be transferred to an alternative property, the Agent will make a good faith effort to relocate the Guest to a reasonably comparable property. In such case, the Guest agrees to pay any increase in rental charges associated with the new property. If Agent is unable to substitute a reasonably comparable property, the Agent will issue a 100% refund. Agent reserves the right to automatically cancel a booking if full payment is not received at least 45 days prior to the day of arrival.

Other Policies:

  • The guest is responsible for all of the nights reserved regardless of their actual arrival or departure date.
  • Jackson Hole Real Estate Company Property Management will diligently work to insure that all properties are clean and ready for occupancy by 4:00 p.m. However, it may be necessary to delay occupancy until the property is ready. There are no refunds for late occupancy. Please do not go to the property before checking in at Jackson Hole Real Estate Company Property Management.
  • All properties must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on check-out day. If the check-out policy is abused, we reserve the right to remove all personal items from the premises and guests are subject to a late check-out fee of $50.00 per hour. If belongings are removed from the property, they will be moved to 155 North Jackson St, Jackson, WY 83001. We are not responsible for lost or damaged goods.
  • A $39.00 Damage Protection Plan is included on all reservations. The Damage Protection Plan covers accidental damages to the rental property that occur during your stay, provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out. The plan will cover the cost of damages up to a maximum limit of $3,000.00. Any damages that exceed $3,000.00 will be charged to the credit card on file.   • Rental properties may be listed for sale, and we reserve the right to show any unit with 24-hour notice.
  • Authorized personnel may enter the premises if necessary for housekeeping or management of the property.
  • Tenant or tenant's guests are responsible for any property damaged and/or missing goods during the tenancy. If there is any property damaged and/or missing goods the credit card on file will cover the property damage and/or missing goods.
  • No pets are allowed on the premises. Tenant's breach of this provision shall result in the termination of tenant's occupancy and a minimum $200.00 fine.
  • No smoking allowed on the premises. Tenant's breach of this provision shall result in the termination of tenant's occupancy and a minimum $200.00 fine.
  • Tenant agrees to keep the premises as clean and safe as the conditions of the premises permit and hereby agrees to permit no unsafe or unsanitary conditions on the property. Tenant agrees not to use the premises for any activity or purpose that violates any criminal law or governmental regulation. Any breach of any duty contained in this paragraph shall be considered material, and shall result in the termination of tenant's tenancy without refunds.
  • There will be no refunds due to breakdown of appliances or other electronic equipment, or due to the loss of utilities. Please report any problems to Jackson Hole Real Estate Company Property Management and they will contact a repair service contractor immediately. Your patience is appreciated as our area has limited repair service contractors.
  • Jackson Hole Real Estate Company Property Management is not responsible for lost or stolen goods.
  • Rates and taxes are subject to change without notice.
  • If available, king conversions can be provided upon request for a charge of $30.00 each.
  • No long distance calls may be placed from the rental unit's phone.
