Perched on the top floor amid pine trees, this Aspens condo is a forested retreat for families.

Guests are greeted by a tile entry with a bench, coat hooks and a wood-paneled wall. The first bedroom lies to the right with a pair of twin beds topped by floral bedding. New carpet, a chest of drawers, a side table, chair and closet round out the room.

Eagle photographs line the hallway leading to a detached bath with tile floors, a tile shower/tub and ample storage. A washer/dryer joins the bathroom fixtures.

Continue on into the great room and the well-stocked open kitchen. In the living/dining area, a pine table seats six. A window seat and bench overlook the pine trees. an d vast Teton view. A leather sofa and armchair face the slate fireplace. Puzzles and books abound on the bookshelves framing the kitchen cut-through. A TV/DVD encourages relaxing, while the private deck – with its chairs, gas grill and mountain views – invites lounging outdoors.

Climb the stairs and find a twin bed with a sage green duvet tucked in the eaves overlooking the great room. Upstairs also offers a separate bedroom with a queen bed wrapped in paisley bedding and backed by a carved wood headboard. A wall-mounted TV, closet and detached bath with a tile tub and shower round out the upstairs amenities. br>
The Aspens, a quick five miles south of Teton Village, sits within walking distance of the Teton Pines Golf Course, as well as a gourmet market, well-stocked liquor store, two beloved restaurants (one Austrian, one Japanese), a bustling coffeehouse, a UPS store and a salon, among other conveniences.

Everything was great! The property is older, but very comfortable and stocked with plenty of convinces. Plenty of room for large families. Close to all of the fun Jackson has to offer. Highly recommended!

We had 3 families staying there it was a great experience. We,re from fl. and the views off the balcony where breath taking. We had so much room to move around and all the emanates of home. We didn't feel on top of each other at all. Very clean and cute. We will be coming back thats for sure...

Policies

Deposit and Cancellation Policies:

Deposit Policy:

A 50% deposit is due upon booking. For value and regular seasons, the remaining balance is due 45 days prior to the day of arrival and will be automatically charged to the account on file. For winter holiday season the remaining balance is due 90 days prior to the day of arrival and will be automatically charged to the account on file.

If you need to change credit cards after payment has been processed, we will accommodate you, however, a 4% charge will be applied.

Cancellation Policy:

For value and regular seasons, cancellation must be received at least 45 days prior to the day of arrival. For winter holiday season, cancellation must be received at least 90 days prior to the day of arrival. If a cancellation is received prior to the required date, the deposit will be refunded minus a one night cancellation fee. Any changes outside of 45 days will be charged a $100.00 change fee. If cancellation is not received prior to the required date, the total amount of all nights will be forfeited.


Other Policies:

  • Rates may be subject to change. Rates do not include sales tax or civic assessment.
  • A security deposit will be taken upon check-in.
  • No refund or credit will be given for late arrivals or early departures.
  • Please, all properties are non-smoking. There will be a minimum 1,000 dollar cleaning fee if a property is smoked in.
  • Sorry, no pets. There will be a minimum 1,000 dollar cleaning fee if you bring a pet into a property. Having a pet is cause for eviction without refund.
  • Jackson Hole Resort Lodging is not responsible for items lost.
  • Property you have rented may be listed for sale. We reserve the right to show the property with a 24 hour notice.
  • Please lock doors at all times.
  • We try hard to honor all of your special requests; JHRL cannot guarantee specific bedding or unit number.
  • Due to unforeseen circumstances it may become necessary to move you to a different unit than originally confirmed.
  • Many condominium units have only one parking space. Additional parking is available in satellite lots. (Fee applies during Ski Season). If you will have more than one vehicle please call us at 800-433-8613 to check the parking situation for your property prior to arrival.
  • No overnight trailers or recreation vehicles are allowed in any Teton Village parking area.

The registration office is open 8am-8pm Monday-Friday and 8am-6pm on Saturday and Sunday during peak summer and winter months. During off peak months the office is open from 8am-6pm Monday-Saturday and closed Sunday. If you arrive after office hours, please see the procedure for late arrivals below.

Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.

Procedure for Late Arrivals:

Should the office be closed upon your arrival simply pick up the courtesy phone located in the hallway between our office and the Teton Village Market and our answering service will assist you with securing keys to your accommodations. If you arrive after office hours, we ask that you please stop by the front desk the next day to complete the check-in process.
