A spacious home hides inside this convenient condominium. The experience begins even before you step inside with the sun-soaked front deck. Venture indoors and find a sitting area with a leather armchair and red painted desk – a beautiful perch for a canteen lamp and the wireless Internet router. With a railroad-style layout, the rooms progress from kitchen to living area with wood floors running throughout. The modern, gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a double sink, granite countertops and a breakfast table beneath a craftsman chandelier. A wall of windows floods the kitchen in light. The kitchen also offers a washer/dryer and access to the one-car garage.

Proceed into the dining room where a long table seats eight comfortably in leather chairs. Continue on into the living room: a leather couch and loveseat surround the stone fireplace and entertainment armoire. Sliding glass doors open onto the deck with its unobstructed views of the neighboring ranch land. A gas grill and seating make the deck a perfect platform for summer lolling.

The first floor also houses one bedroom with a king bed atop a wrought-iron bedframe accompanied by a TV, armoire, a bench and valley views. A detached bathroom features a granite counters and a tiled shower and tub. Upstairs, find two more bedrooms. The first offers a pair of twin beds, a closet, mountain views and access to a shared bathroom with granite counters, a shower and tub. Next door, a queen bed back by a wooden headboard matches a chest of drawers and TV/DVD. Kilim pillows accent the décor and valley views are visible from the private deck.

Most Eagles Rest units come with access to the nearby Sundance Swim and Tennis Club. The condo sits within walking distance of the lifts, boutiques, bars and restaurants that make Teton Village a bustling place year-round. From authentic Thai food to hipster woolens and high-tech gear, the Village carries everything you crave on vacation.

The Eagle's Rest townhouses are super convenient: right on the village ski shuttle, across the street from the hot tubs and swimming pool. Unit 16 is well appointed with washer & dryer, good kitchen, propane grill, comfortable beds. This was our third stay in this unit, all in late March for ski trips. The owner has all the kitchen shelves and drawers labeled so it is easy to put things away in the right spot--and find them again. It is a well cared for property. A first-floor bedroom and full bath is nice for those who don't enjoy stairs at the end of the day.

Stayed in this condo for 4 nights in June. It really was very nice, well equipped, decorated nicely, and comfortable. We enjoyed the deck for just relaxing and the great view of mountains. Everything appeared to be new condition. There was a nice fireplace which we didn't use but there was plenty of firewood in the garage. The kitchen was great,,,had every appliance or utensil that you would need....very well equipped. All in all, it was one of the nicest places we've ever rented. Just wish it didn't cost quite so much so I could come more often..

The condo was spacious, well appointed, beautifully decorated, and very clean. The kitchen was well-equipped, and there was a gas grill on the patio. The view was perfect for the 4th of July fireworks. Located adjacent to the entrance to Teton National Park, close to Yellowstone, and very near our golf course, this location was perfect. Only minutes from Jackson, Teton Village offers dining, bars, shopping, bicycling (both mountain and otherwise), hiking, horseback riding, and a breathtaking ride to the top of the mountain on the tram. Checkin was effortless, and the service impeccable. Highly recommended, and we will most likely return, should our travels include the Jackson Hole region.

First time to Jackson Hole and the whole resort was great. Eagles Rest 16 was perfect for 7 of us(My wife and I, married son and daughter-in-law, daughter and boyfriend and single son, all in their twenties). There was lots of living space and we didn't feel crowded at all. This unit had the best equipped kitchen that we had ever rented to date. We did drop and break the coffee carafe. It was replaced by the front desk within an hour. We were charged for it but hey, we didn't opt to pay the upfront damage insurance. Lot's of fun!

Policies

Deposit and Cancellation Policies:

Deposit Policy:

A 50% deposit is due upon booking. For value and regular seasons, the remaining balance is due 45 days prior to the day of arrival and will be automatically charged to the account on file. For winter holiday season the remaining balance is due 90 days prior to the day of arrival and will be automatically charged to the account on file.

If you need to change credit cards after payment has been processed, we will accommodate you, however, a 4% charge will be applied.

Cancellation Policy:

For value and regular seasons, cancellation must be received at least 45 days prior to the day of arrival. For winter holiday season, cancellation must be received at least 90 days prior to the day of arrival. If a cancellation is received prior to the required date, the deposit will be refunded minus a one night cancellation fee. Any changes outside of 45 days will be charged a $100.00 change fee. If cancellation is not received prior to the required date, the total amount of all nights will be forfeited.


Other Policies:

  • Rates may be subject to change. Rates do not include sales tax or civic assessment.
  • A security deposit will be taken upon check-in.
  • No refund or credit will be given for late arrivals or early departures.
  • Please, all properties are non-smoking. There will be a minimum 1,000 dollar cleaning fee if a property is smoked in.
  • Sorry, no pets. There will be a minimum 1,000 dollar cleaning fee if you bring a pet into a property. Having a pet is cause for eviction without refund.
  • Jackson Hole Resort Lodging is not responsible for items lost.
  • Property you have rented may be listed for sale. We reserve the right to show the property with a 24 hour notice.
  • Please lock doors at all times.
  • We try hard to honor all of your special requests; JHRL cannot guarantee specific bedding or unit number.
  • Due to unforeseen circumstances it may become necessary to move you to a different unit than originally confirmed.
  • Many condominium units have only one parking space. Additional parking is available in satellite lots. (Fee applies during Ski Season). If you will have more than one vehicle please call us at 800-433-8613 to check the parking situation for your property prior to arrival.
  • No overnight trailers or recreation vehicles are allowed in any Teton Village parking area.

The registration office is open 8am-6pm Monday-Friday and 8am-6pm on Saturday and Sunday during peak summer and winter months. During off peak months the office is open from 8am-6pm Monday-Saturday and closed Sunday. If you arrive after office hours, please see the procedure for late arrivals below.

Procedure for Late Arrivals:

Should the office be closed upon your arrival simply pick up the courtesy phone located in the hallway between our office and the Teton Village Market and our answering service will assist you with securing keys to your accommodations. If you arrive after office hours, we ask that you please stop by the front desk the next day to complete the check-in process.
