A private, re-modeled condominium with a balanced mix of contemporary, rustic and traditional décor, this “Mountain Modern Retreat” was designed with clean and simple lines to create a peaceful and livable space. In the warmer months a walking path follows a seasonal flowing creek to the entrance. When entering the front door, there is a convenient area for hanging coats, storing shoes and boots including a large storage closet. Adjacent is a twin bedroom designed in a classic style with a large closet and windows facing to the southeast and west.

A full bathroom downstairs includes a stackable washer and dryer adjacent to multiple cabinets with shelves for personal belongings. The bathroom is complete with a deep tub perfect for soaking.

The kitchen boasts an open floor plan with a center island, earth-tone granite counters and knotty alder cabinets. Other details include: modern self-closing drawers and extensive cabinetry for storing your weekly staples. The deep sink has a sleek chrome faucet and the appliances are all top-of-the-line Whirlpool in stainless steel. From the ceiling hang two pendants with masterfully hand-crafted blown glass fixtures that glow like “fire-pots”. Adjacent is the dining room area with a table that comfortably seats six and is in a cozy nook with an upholstered bench that doubles as a daybed; all looking out to a cluster of evergreens with mountains in the distance.

Further in, the living room, kitchen and dining room are combined for one Great Room with large windows and floors in a hickory colored tile; a perfect place for family and friends to gather. The soft leather furniture, wooden “lodge” chair and reclaimed wood coffee-table create an elegant, cozy space lit by a tree-limb chandelier. The focal point is the European-style wood pellet stove with the flat screen TV hanging above on a white mosaic wall. Additional features include an extraordinary amount of storage space and extra outlets for plugging in electronics; both a bonus for keeping organized and “charged” on your vacation.

Doors open off the living space to the deck which open up to a private outdoor seating area to enjoy the smells, sounds and views of the great outdoors.

Located at the top of the staircase lined by steel ropes is the Master suite. This room has a private bully-barn door that closes the space for a private place to retreat and includes a king bed, elegant desk and chair with a flat-screen TV. The late afternoon sun filters through this room with views out both windows; all windows having classic linen draw-string shades. The adjacent private Master bath has a walk-in shower with two shower heads and a seat designed with a warm earthy tile and textured glass doors. Both bathrooms in the condo have radiant heat floors and beautiful Caesarstone quartz countertops; large mirrors, extra lighting and small vanity mirrors are perfect additions.

Located in an area of Jackson Hole called The Aspens, this condo is a five-minute drive to Teton Village, home of the famous Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. There is a public bus system with stops located within walking distance in addition to the many amenities: The Teton Pines Golf Course; Teton Sports Club with a fully equipped gym, outdoor pool and hot-tubs; a gourmet market and adjacent wine store; two beloved restaurants (Austrian and Sushi); a coffeehouse; UPS store; professional dry-cleaner and beauty salon.

Very nice condo for our ski trip, within a 10 minute shuttle bus / drive from the mountain and 20 minutes to town. Very quiet, lots of windows with nice light and views, and good layout for 2-4 adults. Master bedroom on second floor very spacious and super comfortable to hang out. Second bedroom a little small with twin beds but has adjacent large bathroom and living room is a few steps beyond. Kitchen and supplies thoughtfully outfitted. Condo in good shape. We could not figure out how to use the fireplace/pellet stove so if that is important to you make sure to get instructions when you check in. Parking is outside - we had a lot of snow and the plowing was so-so - a 4wheel drive is a must.

Great condo! It was a beautiful place ! Totally well equipped with everything you could need for your stay! All appliances and furnishings were top notch! Great location off Moose Wilson Rd which was very convenient. Definitely would recommend this condo to anyone! 10 out of 10

We absolutely LOVED this condo!!! They had everything you could need including coffee for your first morning before you've had time to shop for groceries. It was very convenient to Jackson Hole and they even threw in Moose sightings every day right outside your door or window! :) There is a beautiful, spacious master bedroom upstairs with a gorgeous bathroom! It also has a nice dressing area with dresser and shelves. There is a smaller bedroom on the main floor with 2 single beds and a closet. I would have liked a dresser in here too but the bedside table did have 3 small drawers. There were plenty of linens and extra blankets and pillows. We loved the living area and the deck off of it and the window seat! My only wish (and was told this would be fixed this Fall) is that it is very hard to find the check in office - especially in the dark - and when you finally do it has a pin number to use on the keypad. They could have mailed this to me ahead of time. Very satisfied!

Policies

Summer 2020 Deposit and Cancellation Policies (For stay dates before October 31, 2020):

Deposit Policy:

A 50% deposit is due upon booking. For value and regular seasons, the remaining balance is due 15 days prior to the day of arrival and will be automatically charged to the account on file. 

If you need to change credit cards after payment has been processed, we will accommodate you, however, a 4% charge will be applied.

Cancellation Policy:

If a reservation is cancelled 15 days or more outside of arrival date, guest will be refunded 100% of the stay less a $100 service fee.  If the guest does not wish to cancel they will be allowed a one-time exception to transfer their reservation for a future stay credit to new stay dates between now and 11.20.21.  Stays must be confirmed by 1.31.21 and are subject to availability, any increase in nightly rate differences and homeowner usage. If the guest does not contact JHRL and/or is unable to transfer to another date range by 1.31.21 they forfeit their reservation in its entirety. No refunds will be issued and new stays will fall under current cancellation policy.  For all cancellations made within 15 days of arrival, the guest will forfeit the full value of the reservation.

 

Normal Deposit and Cancellation Policies (For stay dates after October 31, 2020):

For winter holiday season the remaining balance is due 90 days prior to the day of arrival and will be automatically charged to the account on file.

Cancellation Policy:

For value and regular seasons, cancellation must be received at least 45 days prior to the day of arrival. For winter holiday season, cancellation must be received at least 90 days prior to the day of arrival. If a cancellation is received prior to the required date, the deposit will be refunded minus a one night cancellation fee. Any changes outside of 45 days will be charged a $100.00 change fee. If cancellation is not received prior to the required date, the total amount of all nights will be forfeited.


Other Policies:

Receipt of this confirmation constitutes a formal contract for your reservation. No refunds or credits will be issued for late arrival, early departure, unit type change or natural calamity. This information, though deemed accurate, is not guaranteed. It is subject to errors and omissions.

PROPERTY PROTECTION PROGRAM: This program coverage is required for all properties and group bookings. The cost is $59.00 per unit and includes coverage up to $3,000.00 in accidental damages. The coverage does not protect against any additional housekeeping charges or negligence, including but not limited to, cleaning due to a pet or smoking in the property. By taking occupancy of the rental property, you hereby authorize JHRL to charge your Credit Card for any and all damages not covered under the Property Protection Program coverage and excessive cleans caused by you or your guests to the rental property.
  
 Jackson Hole Resort Lodging is a property management company for independently owned properties. Because of this relationship, we cannot completely control dates of use and all properties are subject to owner availability. Although owners generally supply their winter stays dates by July 1st and summer stay dates by January 1st, in the event of a rare scheduling complication we do reserve the right to change properties up to and including the day of arrival.
 We try hard to honor all of your special requests; however JHRL cannot guarantee specific bedding, building, unit number, view or location. Due to unforeseen circumstances it may become necessary to move you to a different unit than originally confirmed. If you have a special request with regards to any of the above items, please make sure to let our reservations department know so that we may note it on your reservation. If it becomes necessary to move your reservation, we will move you to accommodations that are at least comparable to those originally booked. Your confirmation lists the unit you are assigned at the time of reservation and may change prior to your arrival.
 Many condominium units have only one parking space, additional parking is available in satellite lots. (Fees apply during Ski Season). If you will have more than one vehicle please call us at 800-443-8613 to check the parking situation for your property prior toarrival.
 No overnight trailers or recreational vehicles are allowed in any Teton Village or Aspens Condominium parking area.
 Please include your full name and your reservation number on all packages or faxes to be received during your stay. Charges apply for faxes, copies and package services.
 All properties are non-smoking. If you smoke in a property, there will be a minimum $1,000 cleaning fee
 Sorry, no pets. If you bring a pet into a property there will be a minimum of a $1,000 cleaning fee and
having a pet is cause for eviction without refund.
 Our accommodations do not have air conditioning. Fans for bedrooms may be available upon request.
 Jackson Hole Resort Lodging properties are not handicap accessible. Most properties require stairs for access. In addition, lofts within properties are accessible via steep stairs orladders.
 Location and extreme weather conditions in Wyoming prevent availability and functionality of amenities therefore, they cannot be guaranteed. There will be no refunds in the event of an appliance breakdown or loss of utilities. Please report any problems to JHRL and our maintenance team will notified.
 Construction season in Jackson Hole is short and JHRL is not always notified of renovations and maintenance. There could be construction near your accommodations.
 Our vacation rentals may be listed for sale; we reserve the right to show accommodations with a 24-hour notice.
 Amenities often vary by property and if an amenity is not mentioned on a property description it is likely not available. If you have any questions about amenities for a specific property, please give us a call.
 Group gatherings and events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, family reunions, and other receptions cannot be held at our properties due to Teton County regulations and property covenants. Please call us for group information.
 Check-in time is 4:00pm. JHRL works very hard to insure all properties are available by 4:00pm; however, it may be necessary to delay occupancy beyond 4:00pm. There are no refunds for late occupancy. Do not enter a property before checking in at JHRL.
 Jackson Hole Resort Lodging is not responsible for lost or stolen items from your accommodation. Fees may incur for shipping and handling for lost and founditems.

Check-in:

Our Teton Village office will be closed to the public until further notice. You may go directly to your property to check-in using the key-code and highlighted map emailed to you 48 hours prior to your arrival date.  It is important to note your accommodations will not be available before 4:00pm.  Should you have questions, please give us a call at 307.732.3655.
