Wind River 3 is a lovely townhome located in Teton Village, home of the world renowned ski and recreation area Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. This area provides conveniences to ski lifts, hiking trails, shopping, restaurants and more. Wind River 3 is a spacious three level townhome which is wonderfully accommodating for larger groups. The floorplan offers open common areas with vaulted ceilings, a rock fireplace, and open dining area. The private bedrooms will allow you to escape when you’re in need of some rest and relaxation. The place was clean and very roomy however needed suggestions are as follows: both master bedrooms are upstairs(2 floors up from the entry door) and one master should be on the base level that includes the master bath. The water dispenser in the refrigerator does not operate. the location in Teton village is great for reasonable access to Jackson and back to Grand Teton.

We had a wonderful time at this condo in Wind River. The location is great because the Moose Creek lift is basically right out your door. I was also very impressed with the customer service of Jackson Hole Reservations. Beth was right on top of everything and had great suggestions for us. When we arrived we noticed the freezer door wasn't shutting correctly so I let her know and they had a repair man come right over and fix it. My only suggestions for improvement would be to get one of those electronic keypad locks like the other condos we've stayed in so everyone in the house doesn't need to keep track of separate keys, and get better towels. They were like sandpaper which is not what you want after a long day on the mountain. Other than that the condo was wonderful, plenty big enough for our group and nice huge flat screen tv for movies at night and all the kitchen supplies we needed for cooking. I would definitely recommend this condo and Jackson Hole Reservations.

This condo is very spacious, clean, well-equipped (nice gas BBQ too) and had comfortable beds. Everything worked as it should. It worked well for 3 adult couples and two children and could handle two more children with the two bunk beds in one of the bedrooms. Since we had two vehicles, it would have been nice to have more than one parking pass as the walk to the public lots is a bit over half a mile. Just had to build in a little more time to ferry one from or to the parking lot or walk.

The stay was good but a ways to go for a 1st class condo; Patio door needs new rollers-hard to open or close, shower drain in left master needs attention, toiler paper is poor, throw rug at entry to family area at top of stairs needs a proper sized skid pad as several times it slipped at edge causing people to stumble, need throw rugs in basement as floor is very cold when step out of shower, was without TV in family area for 2.5 days so should get a refund, internet is slow as hell, I have Spectrum in TX and it is fast, need 3 way light bulbs in 3 way lamps as it is very hard to read away from the patio door, ceiling fans would be a big help, need detailed instructions ( for each level on how to adj temperature- which know does what.

Deposit and Cancellation Policies:

Deposit Policy:

A 50% deposit is due upon booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the day of arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. 

Cancellation Policy:

A booking may be cancelled with no penalty within 24 hours of being booked. Cleaning and Damage Protection Plan fees are always refunded if the reservation is canceled before check-in. Bookings cancelled at least 30 days prior to the day of arrival will receive a 100% refund. Bookings cancelled inside of 30 days prior to the day of arrival are non-refundable and the total amount of all nights are forfeited.

Agent reserves the right to cancel a booking for any reason within 24 hours of the booking being booked. After this 24 hour time period has passed, Agent reserves the right to cancel the booking only if the property becomes unavailable prior to occupancy due to events out of the Agent’s control, for example a flood or home disaster, or sale of the property. Agent will notify Guest of such unexpected circumstance as soon as the Agent has become aware of it. If Guest desires to be transferred to an alternative property, the Agent will make a good faith effort to relocate the Guest to a reasonably comparable property. In such case, the Guest agrees to pay any increase in rental charges associated with the new property. If Agent is unable to substitute a reasonably comparable property, the Agent will issue a 100% refund. Agent reserves the right to automatically cancel a booking if full payment is not received at least 30 days prior to the day of arrival.

Other Policies:

  • The guest is responsible for all of the nights reserved regardless of their actual arrival or departure date.
  • Jackson Hole Real Estate Company Property Management will diligently work to insure that all properties are clean and ready for occupancy by 4:00 p.m. However, it may be necessary to delay occupancy until the property is ready. There are no refunds for late occupancy. Please do not go to the property before checking in at Jackson Hole Real Estate Company Property Management.
  • All properties must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on check-out day. If the check-out policy is abused, we reserve the right to remove all personal items from the premises and guests are subject to a late check-out fee of $50.00 per hour. If belongings are removed from the property, they will be moved to 155 North Jackson St, Jackson, WY 83001. We are not responsible for lost or damaged goods.
  • A $39.00 Damage Protection Plan is included on all reservations. The Damage Protection Plan covers accidental damages to the rental property that occur during your stay, provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out. The plan will cover the cost of damages up to a maximum limit of $3,000.00. Any damages that exceed $3,000.00 will be charged to the credit card on file.   • Rental properties may be listed for sale, and we reserve the right to show any unit with 24-hour notice.
  • Authorized personnel may enter the premises if necessary for housekeeping or management of the property.
  • Tenant or tenant's guests are responsible for any property damaged and/or missing goods during the tenancy. If there is any property damaged and/or missing goods the credit card on file will cover the property damage and/or missing goods.
  • No pets are allowed on the premises. Tenant's breach of this provision shall result in the termination of tenant's occupancy and a minimum $200.00 fine.
  • No smoking allowed on the premises. Tenant's breach of this provision shall result in the termination of tenant's occupancy and a minimum $200.00 fine.
  • Tenant agrees to keep the premises as clean and safe as the conditions of the premises permit and hereby agrees to permit no unsafe or unsanitary conditions on the property. Tenant agrees not to use the premises for any activity or purpose that violates any criminal law or governmental regulation. Any breach of any duty contained in this paragraph shall be considered material, and shall result in the termination of tenant's tenancy without refunds.
  • There will be no refunds due to breakdown of appliances or other electronic equipment, or due to the loss of utilities. Please report any problems to Jackson Hole Real Estate Company Property Management and they will contact a repair service contractor immediately. Your patience is appreciated as our area has limited repair service contractors.
  • Jackson Hole Real Estate Company Property Management is not responsible for lost or stolen goods.
  • Rates and taxes are subject to change without notice.
  • If available, king conversions can be provided upon request for a charge of $30.00 each.
  • No long distance calls may be placed from the rental unit's phone.
